- Express Shipping: Express shipping may be available for select locations at an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Products are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Express Delivery: Express shipping ensures delivery within 2-3 business days for select locations.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier service delays.
4. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with your order details, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment status.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery to ensure reliable and secure deliveries.
7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again on the next business day. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
